We bought it new from Campers Inn and are the only owners. Non smokers. We did travel with a dog. It is kept next to our home plugged in with the ac on to keep humidity down.

Campside hose port added.

Roof fan cover so rain won't get in when vent it open.

After modifications alignment done.

Raised sewage dump so it doesn't hit on steep slopes.

The negative:
The electric step is bent but still functions

There was a leak into one of the storage bays but has been fixed and no wood damage

Every now and then the TPMS communication light comes on but goes away.

Couch has a little 1/4 inch tear but has been patched

Missing wheel simulator. Still have three of them.
