I fell in love with this amazing trailer a year ago but our situation has changed and it is ready for its next adventure with a new family!

The master bedroom has ample storage space in the large closet, under the rv king bed, dresser, and in the padded window seat.

The second bedroom currently is open space with cupboard and drawer space and can be used as a second bedroom with the queen sized bed or can be used as an office space, or whatever, limited only by your imagination! This room came with the queen bed with storage below and we will happily put the queen bed back in should the new owners desire that for that space. We have the mattress and all pieces necessary just a couple hour job so no problem putting that back in, should new owners not find the open space useful.

The back side of the trailer is the second bathroom with a toilet, sink and STACKED WASHER AND DRYER. There was a useless tiny shower, we decided the washer and dryer was a better use for the space. It is a gas dryer that has been converted to propane gas and works like a charm!

The loft area above the second suite is surrounded by wonderful windows to let in all the wonderful natural light and is a child's dream for separate space or makes a great storage area if you don't need the extra sleeping space.

In the living room is a mood setting fireplace that puts out comforting heat in the winter, that has many settings including color changing light and thermostat. The trailer came with a two seater power recliner, still in great condition, and a four-seater dinette with storage in table and seats. We still have this set up and happy to re-install or hand over to new owners should they want them. We wanted more comfortable seating for more people so we put a comfortable couch in that reaches from one side of the slideout to the other. New owners are welcome to choose which option they would like.

Kitchen has oven, stove, microwave, a fabulous LARGE fridge that has an ICE MAKER in the freezer!

This trailer has all the comforts of home and has been wonderful second home for us and we have loved it! You will love it too!!!! Books for low retail $64,870 and average is $78,180- it has been wonderfully cared for and in fabulous condition, easily above average! Contact with any questions.
