This is a one owner camper and we have kept it in the garage since we purchased it new. It is in excellent condition. This has been a couples camper for us, no families and no wear and tear from kids. One feature in particular to notice is the side mounted air conditioner. It is so much better than the under the bed units that take up space, make noise, and are expensive to repair. Weve never had a problem with the AC but if you ever do, its an easy swap out for a very inexpensive new unit.
