***This avalanche has been maintained and upgraded with the following:***

1. Fixed poor manufacture install duct work in rear underbelly and install a boat hull heater to prevent pipes from freezing in the cold months.
2. Installed rear bathroom exhaust fan
3. Removed living room TV and fireplace, framed and reinstalled with hinges and built shelves for storage behind it.
4. Moved living room switch below switch box and added dimmer.
5. Replaced AC vents so they are movable and closable .
6. Installed 4in duct fan to provide plenty of air flow in the back room.
7. Rewired third AC unit so all 3 ACs can run at the same time. Middle AC is a heat pump as well!
8. Removed back bedroom drawers and added shelf for storage cubes.
9. Wired in dedicated outlet with own breaker for our toaster oven and coffee maker. NO MORE BREAKERS TRIPPING!
10. Removed loft ladder and replaced with shelf/stairs. Added 1x1 supports on bottom and have had no issues and I am over 200lb.
11. Added hinges to back bedroom step for kids secrete storage
12. built shelf in front garage section for more storage
13. Back bathroom converted to 1/2 bath with laundry room.
14. Custum builtins in master closet
15. Back up camera installed
16. TPMS installed
17. New maxxfan deluxe vent installed in front bathroom.
18. 65,000 BTU tanklessess water heater just installed.
19. 3 stage Ultra RV water filter system

And i am sure we are forgetting all kinds if stuff! Like the added tv and tv mount in the underbelly storage space that Is prefect for watching football on! This camper has been loved and is perfect for a larger family (we have 3 kids). The large loft that comes with 2 twin size mattresses is a kids dream for sleepovers. The back bedroom has been modified for a young child to sleep in (see pictures) and has plenty of space as a play room now! We would love to keep it but life happens and here we are.
