NEW CARPET: Old carpet has been cut + removed from slide out area. New carpet has been cut + installed.

NO CURTAINS: you will want to install some new curtains before you take it camping.

NOTE: The North Trail has excellent insulation which makes it a great choice for 4-season camping. The camper has an "upscale" and premium-trim feel to it. It is packed with features for a camper of its size.

I purchased this camper from Camping World on December 12, 2024 for $14999. I bought it because we were doing some mold remediation in our house and I wanted a place for us to live and sleep while construction was underway in the house (to keep everyone safe and away from the noise etc.) It turns out we did not need it because the mold issue was resolved quicker than we expected. We had begun thoroughly cleaning the camper, removing some old stuff like the carpet and blinds. We cut and installed some new carpet, we did not order or install any new blinds. We have not spent a single night in the camper after purchasing it from Camping World. That's why the mattress is still in the plastic. We held onto the camper for a bit thinking that we may try to take it out recreationally, but we ultimately decided to sell because we are a little too busy to camp. This was really a temporary solution for us to have a place to stay while construction was underway in our house.
