RV Description

We are the second owners of this nice, non-smoker, non-pet, motorhome. We have lived in it for 2-1/2 years and were intending to continue in it for at least 3 or more years. We fell in love with New Mexico and have bought a home here. We are completely confident that this coach was and is ready for several more years of service and enjoyment.
History of the coach: We bought it with 15k miles on it and have put another 26k on it. As anyone will tell you about Class A coaches, it has not been without its problems. We have encountered no major problems with the mechanical side of the coach and it has never left us stranded. The issues we have had and dealt with are as follows. Early on the long slide acted up and we eventully had the whole slide mechanism replaced at Wiinebago with the heavier duty mechanism($1500 from Lichtscinn RV in Iowa. It has never given us any more trouble. The bedroom slide has always worked well. During that repair in summer of 2019 we also had the front furnace replaced, as the AC had stopped working. We also had a new propane regulator installed in order to accomodate an external propane tank, which ensures never running out of propane.
The coach has been completely re-painted on 3 sides due to mishaps and scrubbing bugs off the front end (LaMesa RV, AZ, is finishing this up now). The backup camera is new this month as well as a new seal in the half bath toilet, new shutoff valve on the coach domestic water tank. The hot water heater has a new anode rod (8/20). New tires were put on 5/20 and have less than 5k miles on them. Coach batteries were replaced 9/20, engine batteries were new 4/18. Both rear suspension air bags were replaced 7/20 ( one developed leak but I replaced the other too). The only major issues with the coach is the upholstery. It is worn and flaking but has no holes in it. I installed a celing fan in the bedroom - you don't see them often and it is wonderful. Direct TV satellite works well. Other extras included: large portable Blue Boy waste tank, an external macerator for the black tank (main toilet is stock macerator type), tire covers, tire pressure monitoring system, Blue Ox towbar. All the Whirlpool appliances work well, including washer and dryer (each separate). We are so confident in the reliability of this coach that serious offers will include a rebate of $500 if any of the appliances or major systems fail within one year of the sale.
