Very clean unit! Tons of storage inside and out. New 14 ply tires last fall, new microwave, inverter and queen mattress. Splendide washer and dryer included in sale as well as Pro Series 20k slider hitch, stabilizing tripod, heated hose, 2 TV's inside and 1 outside, and an 18' awning sun shade. Added an additional sewer hose holder under rear bumper and a fishing pole holder inside rear storage area. This has been a great RV for us, but now looking to downsize.
