Purchased this trailer brand new in Iowa from Cheyenne Camping center after we lost our home in a fire. We lived in it for 4 years and now no longer need one of this size. It is very comfortable and having the bedroom in the back and separate from the front kitchen is a great design and allows for people to use while someone rests in the back. Has some minor signs of living and needs a new batterey, but over all is in very good condition with some extra add ons such as a second tv in the bedroon, wall mounted fan, LED strip, wireless brake controller, and Direct TV satellite dish and tripod.
