️ COMPLETE ROOF / A/C REPLACEMENT IN 2022

One of the biggest advantages of this camper is that although it is a 2016, the entire roof, A/C unit, and all four solar panels were replaced in 2022.

The camper sustained roof damage while being stored when the storage facility drove it underneath a low overhang.

The roof was NOT patched.

Because Lance uses a one-piece roof construction, the camper received a complete replacement roof, professionally installed by a certified RV repair facility in Sacramento.

As part of the repair it received:

Complete new one-piece roof
New roof-mounted A/C unit
Four new solar panels

I have the receipts and documentation for the professional repair.

The work was professionally completed and the camper has been used since without issue.

So while youre purchasing a 2016 Lance, the entire roof, A/C unit, and solar panels are only about four years old.

EVERYTHING WORKS

Refrigerator
Stove
TV
Radio
Interior/exterior speakers
Onan propane generator only ~30 hours
Solar charging system
Victron MPPT controller
Water system
Newer water pump
Full-wall slide-out
Roof A/C
Electric jacks

This camper has been maintained and upgraded rather than neglected. The 200Ah LiFePO4 battery, 400W solar system, Victron controller, extremely low-hour Onan generator, newer roof, newer A/C, newer water pump, and new slide topper represent a significant amount of equipment and maintenance that the next owner wont immediately have to spend money on.

We are only selling because we are moving into a different truck-camper setup.

$24,900 OBO
