First off this is the Spirit Standard not the Deluxe. There was no option for the STANDARD when creating the ad.

There is NO BATHROOM in this unit FYI

I am selling my 17 2025 Casita Spirit Standard due to health issues. It is a wonderful fiberglass trailer that I purchased from the headquarters in Rice, Texas about a year ago. The only mileage on it is when I brought it from Texas to Colorado.

I also purchased a $1700 platinum seven year warranty, which is transferable

I recently replaced the battery with a brand new one and got it detailed locally here in Eagle, Colorado! It is ready for camping and adventure.
