OVERVIEW

This is a 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD, custom built by Midwest Automotive Designs in their Weekender floor plan. It has been my full-time home for the past four years and has been meticulously maintained throughout. I am selling only because I am moving out of the country to purchase a sailboat and circumnavigate the world. This is a well-equipped, well-documented coach ready for its next owner.

CONDITION

Exterior: Very good condition.
Interior: Great condition; furniture is in great shape.
Smoking: Never smoked in.
Pets: One small pet.
Kitchen: Induction stove used only a few times.
Modifications: None. Coach remains in original factory configuration aside from the upgrades listed below.

TIRES AND BRAKES

Brand-new set of high-end Michelin Agilis II tires installed 02/23/2026.
Rotors and brakes at approximately half life.
A new set of brake pads is included with the accessories for the next owner.

POWER SYSTEM FREEDOM PACKAGE

Six lithium batteries in place of a generator; ideal for boondocking.
Batteries carry a 12 to 15 year expected life span.
Roof equipped with three 300-watt solar panels.
Three charging methods: while driving via a large inverter, from solar, or via shore power.
With AC off, solar alone maintains a 100 percent charge, even with cloud cover.
With the 12V AC unit running, expect approximately 15 hours of runtime before a recharge is needed.

CLIMATE AND APPLIANCES

Brand-new 22,000 BTU 12V Premier Products AC unit installed 11 months ago; runs approximately 30 percent more efficiently on lithium power.
Brand-new refrigerator installed; runs approximately 35 percent more efficiently on lithium power.
Heated holding tanks for cold-weather use.

Three Firefly touchscreen panels for full coach monitoring.
Queen-size bed.

New AC compressor (dashboard unit)

KNOWN ISSUES (DISCLOSED)

In the interest of full transparency, the following items are noted:

Front windshield is cracked.
Macerator pump has failed and is currently disconnected. Replacement parts are included, bagged and ready to install. This is a simple fix.
Rear hub cap is missing. Easy replacement.
Awning has been removed due to a failed internal mechanism. The awning track remains in place, and Midwest Automotive Designs can supply a color-matched replacement.
Dashboard AC blower motor failed as of 09/22/2026 (the compressor was recently replaced).
Rear Pro-Air unit compressor has failed. Midwest Automotive Designs offers responsive service for replacement.
