2021 Keystone Montana 3700LK Fifth Wheel One Owner

A one-owner 2021 Keystone Montana 3700LK, bought new in New Mexico in September 2020 and titled in Las Cruces ever since. At 406 with four slide-outs, it is a full-profile rear-kitchen fifth wheel set up for long stays: kitchen and dinette at the back, a wide-open living room between two opposing hide-a-bed sofa slides, and a private front bedroom and full bath up the steps. Sleeps six. It rides on a Lippert Road Armor pin box and Road Armor Trailair equalizer suspension, on Sailun S637 ST235/80R16 all-steel trailer radials and machined aluminum wheels, with Dexter Gladiator 7,000 lb axles, Ground Control six-point hydraulic auto-leveling, four slide-outs, a 17-foot Dometic 9200 power patio awning, a MORryde solid entry step with strut assist, and a 2-inch rear receiver hitch. Two roof-mounted Coleman-Mach air conditioners and a Winegard Air 360+ antenna sit on a walkable Alpha seamless TPO roof, with sealant intact around every roof penetration (skylight dome noted in the House Systems table).

The rear galley wraps an L-shaped counter and carries a four-door gas/electric refrigerator in a stainless finish, a Suburban Elite Series three-burner range and oven with glass cover, Dehco stainless chimney hood with curved glass canopy, over-range microwave, and a double stainless undermount sink with fitted covers and a black pull-down faucet all set into solid-surface countertops, a glass-tile backsplash, glazed white cabinetry, and LED under-counter lighting, with a slide-out dinette alongside whose buffet cabinet hides a pop-up power and USB tower. The living area pairs Thomas Payne power theater seating with heat and massage with two hide-a-bed sofas and centers on an entertainment wall with a large flat-screen TV, a Jensen Bluetooth/HDMI media center, and a Titan Flame recessed electric fireplace below glass-front cabinets, with day/night roller shades and plank flooring throughout. Up front, the bedroom sits in its own slide with the optional king bed framed by a padded headboard, nightstands, and overhead cabinets, with lift-up storage underneath. Across from it are a six-drawer dresser with a Jensen HD TV, a mirrored sliding-door wardrobe, and a louvered closet plumbed for a stackable washer/dryer on its own dedicated circuits. A barn door closes off the bath, which has a one-piece 48×30-inch shower with molded seat, textured-glass sliding door, and brushed-nickel slide-bar handheld shower. It also has a stainless vanity sink set in a solid-surface top, a medicine cabinet, a linen closet, and a porcelain foot-flush toilet. A coat closet sits at the entry. An enclosed underbelly with 12-volt holding-tank heaters, 50-amp service, solar prep, a 12-volt ceiling fan, a Maxxair powered roof vent, central vacuum, 66-gallon fresh water, and carpeted, lighted pass-through basement storage round it out.
