2021 Jayco Pinnacle 36FBTS 11⁄2 Bath Custom Upgrades Loaded

Exceptionally clean, lightly used, always stored covered, and loaded with upgrades and included equipment.

We are selling our 2021 Jayco Pinnacle 36FBTS after recently making the move from a fifth wheel to a diesel pusher.

It has been used recreationally only about twice per year and has always been stored covered when not in use. This has never been a full-time residence.

It is a non-smoking coach and has been extremely well cared for. The condition of the exterior, interior, cabinetry, furniture and storage areas reflects the limited use and covered storage.

CUSTOM INTERIOR UPGRADES
This Pinnacle has several significant custom upgrades that distinguish it from a standard 36FBTS.
The large rear master bathroom features a custom vanity with vessel sink, giving the bathroom a much more upscale residential appearance.
The original dining arrangement has also been upgraded with a custom quartz, window-facing dining area, providing a beautiful countertop-style dining/workspace overlooking the windows.

Both upgrades were professionally integrated into the interior and can be seen in the photos.

36FBTS FLOORPLAN

The 36FBTS is an excellent luxury fifth-wheel floorplan featuring a large rear master bathroom plus a separate mid-coach half bath.
The rear master bath includes a large shower with teak fold down seat, washer/dryer, extensive cabinetry and storage, a walk in closet, and our custom vanity/vessel-sink installation.

The separate half bath is especially convenient when traveling or entertaining because guests don't need to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom.

The bedroom features a king-size bed, generous six drawer dresser and direct access to the master bathroom.

The main living area offers a large residential-style kitchen, extensive cabinetry and storage, entertainment area and power theater seating with electric recline, heat and massage.

CONDITION & OWNERSHIP
We've owned the coach since 2022 and have used it only occasionallyapproximately two trips per year.
When not being used, it has always been kept covered, which has helped preserve the exterior and roof and is evident in its overall condition.

It has a clean title, in hand, making the transaction straightforward.
