Service Record

Annual Maintenance
- Annual Spring (May) professional check and fix service every year of ownership. ~ $1,000 each year. Brakes, bearings, roof/caulking, water, electrical, propane, HVAC, tires, tongue jack. Most recent service was in May 2026.

2024 (May)
- Replaced all tires (less than 1000 miles on the new tires)

May 2025 Major Dealer-Installed Upgrades/Replacements (~$7,000)
- Replaced original "plastic" front outside storage drawer with steel MORryde drawer
- Brand new Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Hitch (replaced ProPride hitch system)
- Brand new SmartJack tongue jack (dealer had slightly damaged original, replaced for free)
- Complete replacement of Schwintek slide out system with the latest (2025) components (precautionary, dealer recommended)
- Installation of "Z-bar" wall stiffeners to improve slide out operation (precautionary, dealer recommended)

Other Notes

• Payments must be in full and via a bank transfer at a local bank (Castle Rock, CO) so that it can be verified immediately

• The trailer is stored in a secure facility therefore viewing will require us to be present.
