RV Description
Camper was purchased in Colorado and, with the exception of one weekend, has done all its mileage in Colorado. Estimated 80 days use over 10 years. Everything works, with the exception of the two fans: one by the door and one above the bed, which failed almost immediately after I purchased it and have never been replaced. There is a high-amperage, extra-length electricity cable and a double-length blackwater evacuation pipe. It has pots, pans, cutlery, a kettle, plates, etc., all of which can stay with the camper. The air conditioning unit works, as does the fridge. The fridge will work on gas as well as electricity. The jack's all work. The control unit was replaced 4 years ago with a GAMA remote and control board as the Lance installed version was unreliable, the manual handle is in the camper. I have all the manuals and instructions for the varying components of the camper. There is a clean water hose. Gas tank is purpose-specific with a side-lying gauge. Heater works. Both pumps work. All the lights work. There are no leaks in this camper. It could probably do with a good clean as it was not used this summer and the water tank should be cleaned before use. The camper comes with the tie-downs, all four of which are adjustable, and the extensions. However, you will need to put the original mounting on your own truck, as there is no easy way to get them off my Tundra, and each truck is specific. Depending on distance, I would be happy to deliver the truck, as I recognize it will be difficult to transport it until the new owner has configured their own truck for this camper. The window over the sink requires a new strut to hold it open.
Truck campers that are slide in are classified as cargo in Maryland and Colorado and sold via Bill of Sale, no DMV title required. I put this in here so that any prospective buyer can verify this with the Maryland DMV or any RV dealer before they come to view the camper. I do have the certificate of origin for the vehicle and bill of sale from Ketelsen Campers in Colorado.
