Selling our Palazzo. The kids moved out, and we no longer need bunk beds. This coach has been stored inside since 2020. I am not the first owner, so I dont know before that. This has all the usual stuff that a 33.3 model has, bunk beds, drop bed, pullout bed (all great for kids sleepovers). The upgrades, Lithium house batteries, newer tires, outside lights, all new interior LED lights (the original start to fail). Front rack that is removable, and adaptable, has extra driving lights. 1 year old chassis batteries. The full wall slide was rebuilt in June 2026, It will easily go another 12 years. Both roof top ACs blow cold, as well as the dash AC. All of the upholstery has been redone. These motorhomes all suffer from bad leather. It has dimmable led lights on the awning to make it easy to cook, play cards, eat, etc. outside at night. It has adjustable suspension air lift, there are two switches, one front and one rear, that will raise the suspension 2-3 inches up. This is to get through steep driveways, or safely get you out to that great campings spot without damage. It is 12 years old, it does have some signs of use. There is a windshield crack that is on the far left (passenger side), its about 6 years old and grows downward about 1 per year. The is a softspot in the floor, bedroom corner, that has been there since we bought it. Its not somewhere you step, and has not changed, and to fix it, would leave the floor not looking as good.
