Clean, senior owned, 2019 Lance 1685 travel trailer. Purchased in 2020 from the original owner. Everything maintained and in good working order. Bearings greased last fall. Trailer was waxed each spring and fall. Tires are in good condition. Non smokers and no pets. All the owner manuals and equipment manuals are included. Clean title in hand.

Lance travel trailers are well know for their outstanding build quality. Aluminum framed outer wall studs with Azdel fiberglass exterior walls. Azdel is durable, insulated, and will not soak up water and rot like many of the campers manufactured today. Lance uses wood interiors with a beautiful cherry finish. Plenty of storage inside and outside with this camper. Large roomy slide that houses the dinette and three bench seating. Large 45 gallon fresh water, grey water, and black tanks that are enclosed and insulated. This is a four season camper per Lance.

Upgrades include;
New tongue jack last fall.
Microwave replaced last year with the same make and model as the original.
New carbon monoxide/propane gas detector last fall.
New 100 amp hour Lifepo4 lithium battery installed last month.
New dual tank propane gas regulator, and tank gas lines this spring. Built to carry three 20 pound propane tanks.
Oxygenics shower head and original shower head included in sale.
Converter changed to accept and charge lithium battery.
Solar controller changed to accept and charge lithium batteries.
New, exterior trailer cover.
Husky weight distribution hitch included with sale.
Not pictured but included is a Lance metal, two bar, adjustable roof rack that was on the trailer when purchased. We didn't need it so I removed it and it has been stored inside.
