This capable Bounder is priced to sell. It is a desirable, pre-COVID coach that is fully functional with some furniture modifications and steering upgrades. We want to pass on savings to another private buyer rather than a dealership. If you are interested, we are also selling the 2016 Jeep JKU we regularly towed with the RV. The 2019 Fleetwood Bounder 35K is a luxurious Class A motorhome designed for families and travelers looking for a comfortable and spacious living space on the road. With only 22,854 miles on the odometer, this vehicle is practically brand new and ready for your next adventure. The Fleetwood brand is known for its quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, and the Bounder model is no exception.

The layout is practical and functional, with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bedroom with ample storage space. The 35K has a bath and a half and is equipped with a washer/dryer combo unit in the bedroom. The dop down bed over the driver area is comfortable and has its own TV. The large windows provide plenty of natural light, ventilation and offer panoramic views of your surroundings. The unit has 2 A/Cs, a propane heater that heats the coach interior and the storage/tanks below, and a new electric fireplace with heater.

The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner cooktop and oven, residential Samsung double door refrigerator with freezer drawer, microwave, and sink, making it easy to prepare meals on the go. There are solid surface countertops in the kitchen area with a tile backsplash.

We removed the jack-knife sofa and dinette. Instead, we installed our own couch (which doubles as a comfortable bed) and a dog kennel with a custom tabletop. These items are included. However, if you prefer, we will install an RV style sofa or loveseat.

The bedroom features a comfortable bed with storage underneath, as well as a wardrobe and overhead cabinets for all your belongings. The rear bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, providing all the comforts of home while you're on the road.

Outside, the Bounder 35K boasts a power awning, exterior entertainment system, and plenty of storage compartments for all your gear. The powerful engine and smooth suspension ensure a comfortable ride. We have installed a steering stabilizer and torsion bars that significantly improve handling. These steering improvements totally change how the vehicle tracks within the lane, corners without tipping, and reduces fatigue during longer drives. The backup camera and leveling jacks make parking and setting up camp a breeze.

The 35K has 100 gal fresh water tank, 58 gal grey water tank, and 42 gal black tank. The fuel tank has an 80 gal capacity and there is a 40lb fixed propane tank. The propane fuels a coach/storage area heater and hot water tank. The generous 10 gal hot water heater is dual fueled by propane and electricity. The onboard Onan 4,000 watt generator is fueled by the 80 gal gas tank. When off-grid, the battery control center can be set to automatically run the generator to keep the batteries optimally charged.
