This is a compact, lightweight camper with a clean, attractive interior that shows very little wear. The upholstery, bedding, linoleum flooring, and cabinetry remain in very good cosmetic condition.

Known condition and repair information:

The camper previously developed a roof leak in the right-front corner. The leak was repaired, the damaged portion of the floor was replaced, and the original linoleum was re-laid. The repaired floor and flooring look good.

The front of the right side interior wall feels weaker than the other walls when pushed, although it remains visually presentable. Buyers are encouraged to inspect this area carefully and obtain an independent inspection if desired.

Some exterior side decals are beginning to peel. The electric-brake wiring has been replaced.
The refrigerator does not cool as well in gas as when it is connected to 110vac. The battery works but may need to be replaced soon. The tires have been replaced once and they have good tread.

The camper is being sold as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Prospective buyers are welcome to inspect the camper and test its systems before purchase.
