RV Description
Selling our lightly-used Winnebago Hike 100 in the 1316SB floorplan. This floorplan has 2 bench seats that convert into a full width bed + drop down additional full width bed. Two large back doors fully open for maximum air flow and views.
Less than 16' long. See link below for full weight and other specs.
We purchased this new from a dealer in North Carolina and have used it for two seasons around Bend plus a few longer trips to California and Colorado.
Small camper but packed full of features:
- propane heat + tank heaters (we've used in winter a bunch)
- Air conditioner when attached to shore power
- full wet bath (toilet/shower/sink)
- outdoor shower (with hot water)
- awning
- power hitch foot + 4 powered stability feet
- interior and exterior 115v outlets with inverter (we run a small electric coffee maker for a pot of morning coffees)
- roof solar panel keeps everything charged
See attached photos/videos as well as
https://www.winnebago.com/models/product/towables/travel-trailer/hike-100 for general info.
Important upgrades:
- 165Ah LiTime lithium battery (days of boondocking power)
- 2000W Renogy inverter
- Exterior USB-C Starlink outlet (Starlink dish itself not included)
Light wear and tear (though we also fixed all the "new camper" issues like a few loose screws and a leaky propane connection). One known defect: a circular stain appeared in the floor. See pics. We contacted Winnebago about this but nothing to be done - but it's just aesthetic/pretty minor and always gets covered with a rug anyway.
Note: the Hike 100 uses a 4.7 gallon cassette toilet (Thetford C220 series) - which we found waaaay more convenient than a regular blackwater tank because you can just remove it and empty at any bathroom/camp toilet or at home without a pump out. But something to be aware of. We're including a BRAND NEW never-used cassette assembly so you get a brand new tank.
Also note: there's no propane/stove inside the Hike 100. But included with camper is a Camp Chef 60X double-burner stove you can set up outside and connect directly to the propane quick connect. Chef-level cooking ability when set up. It's this one: https://www.campchef.com/products/pro-14
Also includes grill attachment.
Other extras:
- 30A power cord
- Never used induction stovetop
- Small water hose with quick-connect for exterior water so you can rinse feet/dogs/etc
- Chocks + leveler
- Hitch-attachment steps so you can get in/out through the big back doors
We're actually going *smaller* probably to a Go Fast Camper so we can tow a drift boat/go camping at the same time. But this camper has served us very well.
