This beautiful 2021 Winnebago Era 70B was a gift to myself when I retired. My husband and I have enjoyed many road trips touring our beautiful country... and especially enjoyed being able to stay in picturesque campgrounds or posh hotels along the way. With a compact rig like this, you get to choose as it easily fits into any parking space and drives like a luxury automobile.

The Mercedes Benz 3500 XD chassis is powered by a 3.0 6-cylinder turbo-diesel engine. It has aluminum alloy wheels and features an automatic sliding door. It has all the safety equipment that Mercedes Benz offers such as active brake assist and blind spot monitoring. All Mercedes maintenance has been performed on schedule (documentation can be provided). Both AGM, deep cycle coach batteries were replaced in March of 2024. The chassis battery was replaced in June of 2025, and two tires were replaced in October 2025. This diesel engine coach holds 24.5 gallons of fuel and averages about 18 MPG. It has less than 45,000 miles on it and is set up to tow up to 5,000 pounds.

It features a 2,500 watt Cummins Onan LP generator, 1000-watt pure sine wave inverter, and a 45-amp converter/charger. There are two 200 watt solar panel battery chargers on top of the rig. The multiplex system can be controlled through the Precision Plex app from you phone to turn on (and dim) lights, generator, extend and retract awning and monitor tank levels.

The rear power operated sofa/bed makes into a king sized bed. The gourmet kitchen features corian counter tops, a large compressor-driven refrigerator/freezer, a three burner stove along with a microwave-convection oven for quick heating and baking. It has a fully enclosed wet bath with toilet, shower and sink. It has a Truma Combi Eco Plus heating and hot water system and an ultra-quiet Coleman Mach 10 air conditioning system. It has a 16 foot power awning with LED lighting and wind sensor, exterior speakers, and an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water). There are blackout roller shades through out the coach and privacy blackout shades for the windshield and side windows of the cab.

Also included in the sale price is a KUAT swing out, hitch mounted arm for adding a eBike rack. Plus a Lets Go Aero, 72 x 32, hitch mounted gear cage to maximize storage for things like camp chairs, grill and other miscellaneous must haves on the road that you do not want to store in the coach.
