We are the original owners of this beautiful 2024 Coachmen Nova 20RB, purchased new from General RV on June 24, 2024. The Nova has only 11,526 miles and just 12.4 generator hours.

This is the highly desirable 20RB rear-bath floorplan, combining a full rear wet bath with a comfortable twin-bed configuration, full kitchen, living/dining area and extensive storage in a compact 20' 11" Class B.

WHY WE CHOSE THE 20RB
The rear-bath floorplan is one of the primary reasons we chose this particular Nova. The full-width rear bathroom provides a dedicated wet bath while maintaining a very functional living and sleeping area. The two twin beds can easily be converted into one large sleeping surface using the built-in bed supports and cushions. We personally preferred the twin-bed configuration because it allows either person to get up during the night and walk directly to the rear bathroom without having to climb over the other person.

This Nova has never been involved in an accident or collision and has never had an insurance claim. There have been no body, paint, windshield or exterior damage repairs.
There are no leaks or water intrusion and no plumbing problems.
All major systems currently operate properly.
The engine oil/filter was serviced in October 2025. Maintenance/service records are available.
The original Firestone tires are in excellent condition.
