RV Description

2016 Chalet Alpine A-frame folding trailer, built in Albany, Oregon. Hard sides, insulated composite walls, roof, and floor - no canvas to soak through, mildew, or patch. Sets up in about a minute and folds down low enough to tow easily and store in a standard garage or carport.

Why I'm selling: This trailer kept our family cozy on outdoor adventures from BC to Utah, but our daughters now in college and we aren't using it anymore. We hope to sell it to someone who'll enjoy it as much as we have. How it's been kept: Stored outdoors under cover. Roof was resealed once. Professionally detailed in July 2026. Original tires - we have two unused tires that you can use to replace the original tires or as spares.

Verified specs: Unloaded vehicle weight: 1,550 lbs. GVWR: 3,000 lbs. Cargo carrying capacity: 1,255 lbs. Length 15'6" | Width 6'10". VIN available on request. Sleeps up to 4 both dinettes convert to beds. Tows comfortably behind most mid-size SUVs and crossovers. Kitchen and systems: 2-burner propane cooktop with cover. 3-way refrigerator/freezer propane, 12V, or shore power. Stainless sink with 12V water pump. 15-gallon fresh water tank (21 gallons total including the water heater). Atwood 6-gallon propane water heater, model G6A-8E, with electronic ignition. Exterior hot/cold shower with sprayer. Propane furnace with thermostat. Powered reversible roof fan plus a separate opening roof vent/skylight. AM/FM stereo with CD/DVD and remote. LED interior and exterior lighting. 12V deep cycle battery, shore power converter, smoke and LP detectors.

Options and equipment on this unit: Upgraded aluminum wheels. Dual propane tanks with automatic changeover regulator. 6-gallon water heater package with outside shower. Storage cabinet with three drawers and a lift-up lid with vanity mirror. Spare tire mounted underneath. Four stabilizer jacks with sand pads. Electric brakes. Washington State Labor & Industries inspection tag intact.

Honest notes: This is the open dual-dinette Alpine floorplan. We opted against an interior toilet or shower to minimize the amount of maintenance and repair. The water heater runs on propane. It has electronic ignition, not an electric heating element. Some interior photos show the dinette frames with cushions out so you can see the floor and walls are dry and solid no soft spots or delamination. Every original cushion and mattress is included and has been stored indoors. Everything works as far as I know, but this is a ten-year-old trailer sold as-is. You're welcome to come inspect it and run the systems yourself. Happy to meet at a vehicle licensing office to handle payment and sign the title over together - that's what DOL recommends and it protects us both. Cash or a cashier's check verified in person at the issuing branch. I'll file the Report of Sale within five business days. If you're towing it home the same day, pick up a trip permit beforehand. No trades, no shipping, no sight-unseen sales.
