FAQs from Potential Buyers So Far:

• How many miles are on the van?

  • As of August 26, 2026, there are 3,779 miles on the van.

• Why are you selling the van after such a short time owning it?

  • I ordered the Noovo in May of 2025 while working a remote job where I traveled about two times a year. I had visions of working from cool places traveling all around. In December 2025, circumstances changed and I moved to a new job where I am traveling weekly. My ability to use the van both time-wise, health-wise, and energy-wise was depleted, especially considering I have pets at home that I utilize helpers for while I am on the road for work, but didn't want to put extra burden on them, and my pets are not fit for travel.

• Is there anything wrong with the van?

  • Absolutely not. Every friend who has set foot in it marvels at it. Noovo's are truly top-end RVs. The smallest of small things that I have needed Noovo's support on (for example, replacing the digital panel for the Rixen heating system) was promptly handled by Noovo. That's one of the great things about this van is you don't even have to take my word for it, there are still more than two years of Noovo warranty for you to put it through a true full time shakedown and have confidence anything you need fixed would be covered.

• How would paperwork be handled?

  • I will use KeySavvy for this transaction. There is a QR code in the photos that you can use or you can find details here: www.keysavvy.com/pay/ram-snynre. KeySavvy is an escrow service that will help us with a secure transaction and the transfer of title. The title is currently in Florida and the lienholder is Huntington Bank. When you purchase the van, you will pay KeySavvy, they will pay off my loan, obtain the title, and transfer to you. I was impressed by the references others have had with success with KeySavvy. I will cover all of the KeySavvy fees so there is no added cost to you.

• Is anything else included in the van?

  • Aside from the listed items that were part of the Noovo build, I have several items I am happy to include in the sell, at no additional cost, if they would be helpful to a buyer. All of these are never used unless noted: Leveling blocks, digital LevelMate tool that connects to app, traction boards, outdoor rug (new in package), outdoor table, surge protector for exterior electric hookup, water hose (used twice to fill fresh water tank), ceramic cooking pot, drawer organizers, plates/bowls (still in box), small Fantiik vacuum (used a few times), 4 Eufy security cameras (magnetic mount) that sync to a hub connected to the Starlink with on-device storage (no subscription fees), throw pillows.
