2013 Keystone Springdale 260TBL WE 28' includes fully-equipped kitchen with new cabinet paint and attractive tile/wallpaper combination, new cabinet door handles and pulls, and new sink faucet. All new interior paint throughout on walls, cabinets, doors. New vinyl flooring. New carpet over water heater and heater boxes, as well as over front storage block (under bedroom cabinets). New water heater. Freshly resealed exterior corners, doors, and roof, and around some windows. Built-in furniture was removed to use as a tiny home. Includes couch-futon bed. Originally had bunk beds in back near bathroom, but they were removed to make a large closet before we bought it. We removed the bedroom/livingroom divider wall to create a more spacious open feel and it's so much better! New propane tank brackets. Comes with two large propane tanks. You can use your own custom furniture to make this travel trailer uniquely yours! AC works, but heater needs servicing to clean the ignitor or sail switch, as heater will blow fan, but won't ignite. Probably needs a new battery, as we haven't used it. It's been plugged into power. Needs new awning, but old one was removed and bars are taken down for easy install. They are about $100-$150 on Amazon. Includes exterior grey/black water disposal tank. Tires in good condition. Weight is probably about 4500 lbs since furniture was removed. Best Offer takes it away!
