This trailer has been very well maintained and upgraded over the 11 years that I have owned it. Washed regularly and detailed every 3 yrs. or so).
It is extremely comfortable and perfect for long time living or going full time.
My wife and I lived in it for 6 months at a local RV park while looking for our new home back in 2016.
It also tows very well, super stable and smooth.... due to the suspension upgrades, tires and Reese Goosebox.

This trailer is equipped with a Reese Goosebox (20k model) and I tow it with a B&W Turnover Ball that was factory installed in my truck.
It tows like a dream, but if you have a traditional 5th wheel hitch we can talk about available options to make it work for you.
