2005 Fleetwood Tioga Class C on a Ford E-450 V10 chassis. 37,000 miles.

Starts, runs, drives. Fuel system recently overhauled: new fuel pump, spark plugs, and catalytic converter.

This one is different from every other Tioga on this site, on purpose. The living area has been stripped to a clean, dry shell, while the bath (toilet, sink, shower stall), kitchen cabinetry, and rear bed platform remain. A serious off-grid power system is already installed: 1,350 watts of rooftop solar feeding a custom 24V lithium bank (a 420-cell 7S60P array of LG 18650s, ~200Ah rated, about 5 kWh, with a 100A BMS) in a rugged portable enclosure. If you've been pricing vans or school buses for a conversion, this is the same blank canvas with the demo work already done, on a low-mile chassis with a normal motorhome title and working plumbing.

Honest disclosure, sold as a project at a project price:

- Living-area furniture removed (that's the canvas); no appliances

- Front slideout inoperative (likely solenoid); rear slideout works

- No A/C, no hot water heater, no generator

- Leveling jacks don't extend

- Electrical is a custom DIY build. I'll walk you through every component.

- Prior cab-over leak fully patched; no current water intrusion or roof damage
