Our 30 Fleetwood Flair Class A gas motorhome is in relatively good condition. The Ford F53 chassis and 6.8L V10 engine is in excellent shape with only 37K miles. The front windshield and tires were replaced last year. We found that my wife and I are not comfortable driving this large of a vehicle, especially on back roads. We expected to use it a lot for the foreseeable future, so we replaced most of the electrical and LP gas devices last year. The bed frame was wobbly so we removed it.

Everything works well and you should not have issues for a long time because almost everything is new. The RV is connected to electric and water at our house so everything can be verified as working.

Work and replacements performed by local commercial truck shops since May 2025. I have the service records.
