Solidly built 37' Montana Mountaineer 345DBQ bunkhouse 5th wheel. Heavy-duty four-season construction. They don't build them like this anymore.

THE BASICS

37' long, 13' tall, 4 slides. Front bedroom plus rear bunkhouse floor plan. Dual A/C units. GVWR 14,400 lb with 3,200 lb cargo capacity.

RUNNING GEAR

Tires are Advance GR-A with DOT date code 3724, manufactured September 2024 and installed at Les Schwab in La Pine in spring 2025, so they are under two years old. Commercial high-PSI rims. 8,000 lb Dexter axles and springs. Dual powered stabilizer jacks. Air-ride hitch included, and a B&W companion hitch is available for $600 extra. Water filtration. Dual 6V batteries with remote monitor.

CUSTOM INTERIOR

The kitchen was rebuilt around a residential fridge with an oversized sink and open shelving. The propane stove was removed and the copper gas lines are capped under the counter, so if you want propane back the lines are already in place and it is a straightforward conversion. GE all-in-one washer and dryer combo (GFQ14ESSNWW) washes and dries in the same machine with ventless condenser drying on a standard 120V outlet. Front bedroom has a queen platform bed and IKEA wall cabinets. Open, airy living area with entertainment center. In the rear room the bunk framing is still in place on both slides; the platforms were removed and it is currently open storage. Add mattresses and it is a second bedroom.

ALL-ELECTRIC, A CLEAN PLATFORM FOR SOLAR

It runs on shore power today, and because there are no propane appliances it is an easy candidate for a solar and battery setup, with no absorption fridge to design around. Dual 6V house batteries and a remote monitor are already in place. For anyone parking it somewhere without full hookups, that is the modern way to do it, and there is no propane sitting unattended.

STRAIGHT TALK, SOLD AS-IS

It is a 15-year-old rig with the wear you would expect at that age. The front cap has sun oxidation and chalking, which is cosmetic and shown in the photos. The roof is original with no known leaks and is due for maintenance. The interior is a custom renovation, not factory showroom, and the photos show it honestly. Pet-friendly household (cats).

Located on a site at an RV park in Bend, Oregon. Move-in is a possibility pending RV park approval, so you may not have to move it at all.

Cash only, no trades. If you are moving it, the buyer arranges transport. This is a 14,400 lb fifth wheel and needs a 3/4-ton or larger truck with a proper hitch. Shown by appointment only.
