Unwinterized and recently inspected - and once again I'm working out of state for the summer and can't use this camper. Built in fall 2023, and I bought it in December 2023. "Cleanest camper we've seen" said the tech. Always stored inside - with the exception of two dry camping trips in areas with bathrooms (black tank, toilet and shower are pristine and never used!). This camper has MORE than you'll find on most 14FL's - designed for boondocking and/or camping at a campsite, etc.. Solar Panel, Electric Awning, Spare tire w/ cover, Boosted antennae, Tuson Sway Control, on demand tankless water heater, A/C; add up the cost of these add-ons with others - that's why I purchased this one! The front couch easily pulls out into a full sized bed and the table/seating also make a bed - and they are surprisingly comfortable! It has been thoroughly checked out and serviced each fall and spring in anticipation of trips that never happened. I paid $25K before taxes, etc. It's the perfect camper for 1-2 people with or without a child or dog! Pulls like a dream..... 1,800 lbs - can pull with a van, small SUV....If you're looking at another camper, do what the folks at Oliver's Campers suggested I do; add up all the things this camper has and compare to the one you're looking at that costs less - hard to come in at this price with all this camper has to offer!
