RV Description
For sale is a 2022 Tiffin Phaeton 40IH Class A Diesel Pusher Motorhome. This motorhome is on a Freightliner chassis with a 380 hp and 1,150 ft-lb torque Cummins L9 engine. It is approximately 41 feet long, has 4 slides and 6,644 miles, 100 gallon fuel tank, 100 gallon fresh, 100 gallon grey and 100 gallon black. GVWR weight is 39,600 lbs. The Tiffin paint scheme is the Generation 9 NASA, featuring black, silver and grey tones. This Phaeton is an All-electric Coach, including an Aqua-Hot 450D Hydronic heating system with continuous hot water and an induction cooktop. Other factory-installed options include the Mobileye collision avoidance, blind spot monitoring and an in-dash Kenwood navigation system.
The motorhome features two electric awnings, backup camera and side cameras, HWH hydraulic leveling jacks, fiberglass roof, washer/dryer, dishwasher and much more. Interior features a sofa bed and two large powered recliners, 60 Samsung TV mounted to a televator, large kitchen with residential refrigerator and radiant ceramic floor heat. A factory-installed pull-down bunk bed is featured over the drivers seat area. In the rear is the master bedroom with a memory foam king bed and a large, 2-sink vanity bathroom with shower. Built-in Onan 10kW generator with only 94.7 hours.
The motorhome has a South Dakota Salvage Title due to right front exterior damage from a falling tree limb. It appears the motorhome had just been delivered and was parked in the original owners driveway when the accident occurred. The odometer at the time of the tree accident was 714 miles. Currently, the odometer reads only 6,670 miles.
The coach was purchased and renovated by TrueRV, a Sacramento-based business that locates RVs with minor, repairable damage and reconditions them to full function. See their website: https://truerv.net/about-us/. The owner of TrueRV is happy to speak with a prospective buyer of this beautiful coach to explain their work.
A new windshield was installed and fiberglass work completed on the front cap of the coach. A brand new awning was installed, roof plastics were replaced and the upper right side of the motorhome was repainted. The interior cabinetry was replaced over the front seats. Everything has been inspected on the motorhome and works well...the shakedown has been completed! All of TrueRVs restoration work has been utterly reliable. Motorhome runs and drives great, has no warning lights on, everything appears to work like it should. The chassis was last serviced in April at the Cummins store in Colburg, Oregon. Motorhome is now located in Newport, Oregon.
