We have absolutely loved this camper over the last 4 years and miles of travel. It has been cared for with strict attention to maintenance and outfitted with incredibly practical off-grid upgrades. ️ Exterior, Towing & Suspension

- Rover Package includes the rugged 3" lift kit for extra ground clearance (over 15").

- Equipped with Dexter torsion axles that were recently serviced by inTech to install their upgraded bracket mount system

- Wheel Bearings recently hand-repacked with fresh grease. The rear wheel hub seals were replaced and upgraded with heavy-duty Timbren equipment

- Brakes stop the trailer just fine with an adjusted gain on the brake controller of ~6

- Two-Bike rack included! Trailer's rear hitch can support upto 100#

Water, Sewer and Electric Hookups

- Sewer system: Comes with a recently replaced Rhino 15' slinky system with supports and integrated elbow; as well as sewer caps, the original 10' slinky for extra length, and rubber drain seal.

- Water system: Includes 25' EvoFlex2 drinking water hose and a brand new water filter.

- Electric: Includes the factory original, beefy electric hookup as well as a power surge protector (also recently replaced under warranty).

- Tank sizes: 32gal black+grey combined, 28gal fresh water (sanitized).

Honest Disclosures

- Mattress: The camper fits a queen bed, but we highly recommend replacing current the mattress with a brand-new one of your exact comfort preference. (we can assist in this process for serious buyers)

- Windshield Cover: The exterior cover for the panoramic front windshield still works well to protect the glass during travel, but the fabric has faded and shrunken a bit from sun exposure. Depending on your preference, it can easily be kept as-is or replaced.

- Awning Fabric: The awning has some stains/dirt and could use a thorough cleaning. There is also a small 2" tear/slit at the very back/end corner of the fabric which has been patched with clear awning tape.

- Black Tank Sensor: Our black tank sensor has always read 4/4 full even when the tank is completely empty. May need to be professionally cleaned.

We are the 2nd owners and have the FL title in hand, ready to be turned over (no liens!). Will come with all original manuals.
