It also has very large garage area, like none other, located behind the back double doors. A spare tire rack with ladder, that allows access to the roof was installed by Owl Vans in Phoenix, Az. It swings out with the door so you never have to remove pins or bolts to be able to access the full back of the van. This van is completely self contained with solar panels or a cummins onan propane generator. The generator has approx. 75 hours and starts and runs flawlessly. We have all the service records and it has been maintained meticulously. It is equipped with 2 brand new Continental tires. The others are in very good shape. The van has been stored undercover!
