RV Description
Model year 2021 Microlite 25 FKS used 6 times and it shows. 2nd owner 1st used 4x and we have used twice. Always under cover both 1st and us. Always have dehumidifier running. Always connected to 30 amp power. Very clean unit although could use bath from sitting under cover upgraded good year tires. All accessories (maybe $1500-2000) to include WD hitch plus sway. Upgraded water and sewer hook ups. Water hose unused. New battery last July. Outside shower Outside never used kitchen inside condition looks new. Awning great condition. You cannot envision how good of condition this unit is in without seeing. No smoking RV. Fridge is cold. Recliner love seat with table. No booth. Everything works as it should.
