Luxurious 2022 Grand Design Momentum 395MS-R for sale by original owner. This fifth wheel toy hauler is loaded with great features. Our family has loved this camper, but as our kids grow older we no longer have the time to use it as we should.

The Momentum 395MS-R features a spacious kitchen with a residential gas range with 4 burner stove top and sizeable oven, convection microwave, and 18CU residential refrigerator. The open floor plan includes a living room complete with an entertainment center, fireplace, a L-shaped sofa and a second reclining theater seating sofa plus a dining area alongside the kitchen. In this camper, the original dinette has been removed and replaced with a freestanding convertible table/desk for ultimate flexibility. The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a large wardrobe and ample storage along with sliding pocket door access to the main bathroom. The 14' garage has ample space for toys and gear along with a 1/2 bath, washer/dryer hookups, and a HappiJac rollover sofa and table that converts to a queen bed. Above the HappiJac sofa the top bed has been converted to dual twin beds for extra sleeping capacity. There is also an overhead bunk accessible from the living room with a single bed or a massive extra storage area. An included Starlink satellite internet system allows for on-the-go entertainment access on the three TVs (two inside, one outside) or any mobile devices.

On the exterior, the camping side is highlighted by three awnings spanning nearly the full length of the camper to go along with two entrances and an outdoor entertainment area with a TV and upgraded speakers. The rear access door of the toy hauler can be used as a loading ramp for SXSs, ATVs, motorcycles, and other toys. It also converts to an enclosed patio with railings and a gate along with sliding glass doors to enter the camper. When parked, the six point hydraulic leveling system makes setting up camp a breeze.

Built for long-range travel capability, the camper features 155 gallons of fresh water storage, 104 gallon grey water and 52 gallon black water capacity. The fueling station includes two 30 gallon gas tanks with an automatic pump to fuel motorized toys or the onboard Onan 5500 watt generator. Three AC units keep the entire camper cool or the 35000 BTU heater keeps everyone warm of chilly nights.

This is the ideal fifth wheel for anyone seeking extended fun in the outdoors or weekends spent enjoying motorsports!
