• 2025 CAMPSITE RESERVE 27MR

Our Forest River 27MR Campsite Reserve was purchase in June 2026 at a cost of approximately $38,000. It was parked on our property while our home was being renovated and has not moved since. We had access to our kitchen and full bath during the renovation, so the trailer was only used for sleeping and watching TV. We never cooked inside or used the outside kitchen, nor did we ever eat in it. Every delivery sticker remains in place. Also, the sofas were always covered and none of the mattresses have been directly slept on since we added foam toppers. The covers and the mattress toppers will be included.

Our Campsite 27MR includes propane gas heater along with the standard electric fireplace, Bluetooth sound inside and out and the roof mounted solar. Additionally, we purchased a transferrable extended warranty for the trailer and had the outside treatment done to protect it from fading.
Since we thought we might travel with it a bit we also purchased over $800 in extras that will be included in the sale.
