New upgraded wheels and tires to 15", brand new Weize AGM battery and battery box, includes hitch and weight distribution system, window blinds need restrung or replaced. Water heater needs flush and anode replaced. Roof resealed completely 3 years ago. Roof antenna needs replacement if wanting basic tv. Includes microwave, 4 burner stove, radio, a/c, and oven. Front mattress replaced with more comfortable bedding.
