Excellent condition.
This trailer has a Coachlift lift seat mounted on the outside for accessability for anyone who cannot use stairs but wants to enjoy camping. The seat will raise the user through the door where they can dismount at floor level. This has been used by a person who uses a wheelchair and was able to transfer to and from the seat to his wheelchairs. The inside of the trailer was not made specifically for wheelchairs, but users are able to maneuver inside due to the width and set up of the trailer. The bathroom is accessible with the wheelchair, but cannot turn around, only back up.
Inside, the queen murphy bed in front converts to a sofa. It has 2 drawers underneath and there is a nightstand with cabinet on each side. The dinette, which seats 4, can convert to a bed and has storage underneath. The kitchen has a 3 burner stove with an oven. There is a microwave with fan over the stove. The large gas/electric fridge with freezer holds plenty of food. There is a big stainless sink and counter space. There is ample storage in the cabinets and drawers. The bathroom has a barn door. There is a sink in a large cabinet with drawers and plenty of counter space, as well as large over the counter cabinets for plenty more storage. There is a good sized shower with a short step over rim that can accommodate a small shower chair. Along side of the toilet is another shelf unit for more storage. There is a fan in both the bathroom and forward near the sofa. It has a roof mounted a/c and ducted gas heat with ducts in the kitchen, near the sofa, and in the bathroom. This is also a well insulated trailer that is comfortable for camping in the winter.
Outside, there is a large lighted storage space at the front with doors on each side. The storage space has hook ups for the water, cable, and battery turn off. There is an electric tongue jack, 2 propane bottles with cover, and new tires. Also included is the equalizer hitch. There is a black water wash. The black water tank holds 37 gal, the grey water holds 39 gal, the fresh water holds 37 gal.
