Ten year old Jayco used infrequently in recent years due to Covid and kid growing up. Well care for with only a few cosmetic blemishes on the seat cushions inside (cat claws). The trailer is fully winterized, but otherwise ready to tow and go. We bought the trailer when our son was young to travel with him, but he is now a teenager and is capable of sleeping in tents. We no longer need the big travel trailer.

We had a power awning and power jacks added to the trailer when we purchased it new. Additionally, we have several items that we intend to provide with the trailer, including:

1. Jack blocks (6x6 blocks with handles for the jacks and tongue)
2. Patio rug - full size rug for under the awning to cut down on dirt
3. All hitch and sway connectors
4. 50' Power cable with surge protector
5. Clean water hose with filter and regulator
6. Black and Gray tank hose and connectors
7. Other odds and ends specific to the trailer

We also had the water heater replaced, awning cleaned, roof conditioned, and tires replaced in 2022. We replaced the battery in 2025.

I'll include several photos, but it includes a queen bed with 2 bunks plus an additional couple of beds possible with the couch and kitchen table areas. There is a fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, oven, and decent storage. Everything works as far as we are aware. The only thing it may need is someone to review, recondition, and seal and weak points in the roof.
