RV Description
2012 KZ Spree Escape 196 travel trailer with a queen bed, twin bunks, and a dinette slide-out. Comes fully equipped with all essentials and is in excellent, fully operational condition.
A few minor cosmetic and maintenance items: a couple of screws for the heater cover came loose during travel, and the queen bed window treatment is currently stored in the front cabinet. Front passenger-side stabilizer jack needs to be installed (4 bolts), and a rear running light lens cover is on order. Two shower head mount replacements included in the bathroom. Porch light not currently working, likely needs a bulb replacement, though not confirmed. Several interior lights have been upgraded to LED.
Im only the 2nd owner and have taken it on two trips. It is 22 feet from tongue to bumper and tows easily with an F-150. Included are a 30-amp extension cord, 30-amp surge protector, 15/30-amp adapter for home hookups, water pressure regulator, water & sewer hoses. Toilet seal replaced 2.5 yrs ago.
