This is the perfect travel RV for two or maximum four.
It is allowed in spots other RVs cant go since it fits into every regular parking lot. Driving into a city? No problem just park it on the street in a regular spot.
Be it Bryce Canyon NP or Chiricahua NM - the 20 feet go everywhere. Even if you have sites where max length 19 feet is listed you are still good to go.

With the above setup boon docking is easily possible! The 200w solar panels from Renogy allow the charging of the DC27 batteries. With the 2 Vent fans you can also survive the heat without air conditioning as they power draw on the batteries is minimal.

Wet bath mostly used for storage. No cooking strong-smelling foods inside.

Meticulously maintained, chassis and RV builder maintenance always done, washed and protected regularly incl. roof maintenance and inspections, regular RV inspection at the dealer, oil changes, rear axle oil chain, air filter changes (engine and AC)

RV can also be inspected starting beginning/mid of July in the New York, New Jersey area. Happy to do a live video walk through or send additional pictures. Price is a starting point and to be discussed if seriously interested as it will depend on mileage and condition at time of sale. I will price it to sell.

Comes with a very reasonable priced Good Sam Extended Service plan at around $55 per month which can be transferred at no cost. The rate is locked in for the next years to come.
