• 2006 EXCURSION 39V

This 2006 Fleetwood Excursion 39V is in very good condition. It has a Caterpillar 350HP diesel engine. We are the 4th owners and have owned it since 2018. My wife and I have taken it on several local trips and a trip to North Carolina and Georgia. The RV stays parked in a fully enclosed building where we keep it operable with 50 Amp power, water, and sewage. The engine and generator are exercised on a regular basis. It has two roof AC units that are also heat pumps. It also has gas heat if needed. Leather seating is in very good condition. Presently it is covered by Good Sam Repair Agreement. Includes Roadmaster 10,000 lb tow bar. Selling because of health issues.
Over the years that we've owned it:
Upgraded most interior lights to LED
Replaced propane leak detector
Upgraded antenna for HD TV
Replaced shower door rollers
Removed three tube type TVs, Installed a flat screen over the dash.
Installed new batteries for both the house and chassis
Replaced several worn battery cables.
Replace engine belts, hoses, thermostats, flushed engine coolant and cleaned radiator.
Installed a slobber hose to prevent future clogging of the radiator
Replaced fuel filter, water separator, engine oil filter, engine air filter, generator oil filter, generator fuel filter, and generator air filter multiple times.
Replace rear differential oil
Replaced brake air dryer
Service transmission fluid and filter
Replaced 3 air springs, 1 was replaced by previous owner
Replace gas refrigerator with a Samsung residential model
Replaced the water pump and moved to a location making it easier to service
New tires were installed in 2018 and only have about 3000 miles on them. Motorhome has been kept in a shed with tires sitting on plywood on a concrete slab
