Everything in good working order, except a few minor issues listed below:
-Bubbles in wallpaper to the left of shower door (pictured), caused by previous minor water leak during heavy storms due to slightly loose seal on AC unit. This seal has been fixed, and we verified there was no water damage to the wood behind the wallpaper or the floor.
-Small scratch on kitchen countertop (pictured)scratch has been sealed.
-Very small dent on rear left bumper (pictured).
-Small amount of cosmetic damage to one edge of the dinette table.
-Black tank sensor works intermittantlywe are able to guage how full the tank is getting from looking into toilet valve when flushing.
