Added Residential Stove, refrigerator, wooden cabinets with butcher block, stainless-steel one-piece sink, on demand hot water heater, Main AC is two years old, Two queen beds in toy hauler, bunk house with twin, Queen in front bedroom. Generac Generator with 25-gal fuel tank. Upgraded to led lighting. All new floors in slider rooms with new seals. Overall, in really good shape. A few things it will need. The rear ramp door will need some new wood in it. the front bedroom ac needs maintenance and the 2 kitchen sliders need adjusted they are scratching the floor. I have a new awning for it just needs installed.
