This Berkshire XLT enjoys a fully renovated and upgraded interior as well as many mechanical and technological enhancements.
To begin our renovations, all upholstery was replaced and upgraded from the original with high quality grade 4 vinyl.

Next, the interior has been re-arranged into a modern and convenient layout that includes a custom built Televator/Fireplace from RV Interiors in Indiana. The dinette and sleeper sofa layout has been reversed from the stock layout, to put the spacious living room in the front of the Coach, taking advantage of the luxurious captains chairs and including them in the living room seating.

The dinette has been relocated to a midship location, swapping it with the original design, thus making the flow and function of this Coach much more desirable and efficient.

A Winegard In-Motion Satellite TV Dish is included, as well as a Winegard Air 360+ 5G Gateway\Wi-Fi extender. In addition, all (6) Televisions have been upgraded to smart TVs. The Televator in the Living Room replaces the wall-mounted TV in the Kitchen with a new 55" Smart TV, and the Bedroom TV has been replaced with a new, larger 52" Smart TV. The other (4) Televisions - Front Overhead, Exterior, (2) Bunk Mounted, have all been upgraded to Smart TVs with the addition of Firesticks.

The Master Bedrooms King-Sized bed has been upgraded to a Wilderness RV Plush Firm Montana Hybrid Mattress and booth bunks have the Wilderness RV Dream Bunk Gel Memory Foam mattress.

Interior Coach cabinetry has been enhanced with slide-out trays and internal cabinet LED Lighting. Coach light fixtures have all been upgraded to LED.

The full bathroom has been enhanced with a Dometic 320 residential style toilet. Hot Water is provided by the Truma Aquago continuous water heater.

The Coach includes custom East Coast RV Sunshades as well as a custom Motorhome Mask from Golden RV.
The original headlights and foglamps have been upgraded to enhanced LED lighting . The front suspension has been augmented with a Safety Plus Steering Stabilizer, and all (8) Tires were refreshed in 2023.

There is a second full awning on the starboard rear slide-out and the front starboard awning fabric was dealer replaced in 2025. All (8) Tires were replaced in December 2022.
