This is a "like new" 2026 G3250. Everything is original as delivered from Bish's to us in Nov 2025 (i.e. no DIY mods).

Brinkley and Bish's upgrades include:

• Independent Suspension

• Stacked Washer/Dryer

• Elongated Toilet

• Snap Pads

• MaxAir Vent Covers

• Bug Screens

Standard features we really appreciate:

• Dual Fuel Generator (Propane / Gas)

• Ride stability (we pull with a F350 Dually)

• Lack of Interior "Shakeup" During Drives (likely due to the independent suspension)

• Large water, black and dual gray tanks (easy to go days, even close to a week, without dumping)

• Retractable hose reel

• Creative interior and exterior storage (more than we need)

• Fireplace

• Triple A/Cs with Heat Pumps

• Rear Patio and Built-in Cabinets (i.e., the "garage")

• Ease of Hitching/Unhitching

• Firefly System

The RV is scheduled to go into Bish's for minor warranty work in late April. We've been traveling, so this is just our first opportunity to bring it in (no major / structural issues, so maybe a week's worth of small non-critical stuff). Also planning to have the A/Cs serviced. Should be good as new afterward.

We purchased this and our truck expecting to be RVing for at least another year. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll be hanging up our keys this summer due to some life events. We don't need a "quick" sell, but we thought we would put it out there in case someone has a near-term interest. Until it does sell, we plan to use it for some summer travel.

Will try to post more pics at some point, but these are pretty standard units. Again, we've made no modifications to the delivered unit. Several features remain unused, such as the bunk (mattress still in plastic bag), generator fuel tank (we test periodically with our propane), and the onboard air compressor (just tested during our delivery walk-thru). If this is your first RV, we're willing to include most of the RV "stuff," e.g., water/sewer hoses, B&W Companion Hitch, Chalks, Leveling Pads, etc. (we won't be using them anymore). We're currently in the Birmingham, Alabama area. After May, we'll likely be heading west. Please let us know if you're interested, and we can set up a local tour. We're also open to a buyer-paid inspection, or you can have it done while it's at Bish's.
