This is our Jayco Northpoint 5th wheel. It is a 2021 but it is without question the most pristine 2021 out there. We ordered it exactly the way we wanted it and picked it up the day it arrived at the dealership. This is not a coach that has sat and sat on a dealers lot. Since day one it has been kept in our completely enclosed barn as you can see in the background of the pictures. My wife and I counted that we used it at most 10 times.

The roof is in perfect shape and has been maintained and sealed even though it has had very little time in the sun. The awnings are perfect and have been perfecting maintained.

One of our trips was to Elkhart, IN to the MORryde factory to have their independent suspension system installed along with hydraulic disc brakes. The cost was $9,459.79. It is a game changer!! When we got home, we purchased brand new Goodyear G114 H-rated tires along with brand new 17.5 aluminum rims that they require. These are the best of the best as we have had much experience over the years with the cheap tires that manufacturers put on their trailers. We never go below a G-rated tire. We only have one trip on these tires, so they are practically brand new.

We were planning on this being our last 5th wheel and the one we would keep indefinitely and never saw ourselves selling it, however our lifestyle has changed just a bit and the responsibilities that we have at home (mainly grandchildren! Lol) have prevented us from traveling the way we thought we would.

The trailer is generator equipped with an Onan generator that has less than 2 hours on it! We thought we would do the Walmart, Craker Barrel thing but never did!

The trailer has 3 A/Cs which I believe down south is a must. I replaced the cheap tvs that came with the coach with 3 Samsung smart Tvs in living room, bedroom, and underbelly for outside viewing. As you can see from one of the pictures the plastic on the footrest of the recliners was never removed! The furniture is perfect, and nothing beat down or over-used looking. It looks new! We also replaced the cheap bedroom mattress with an 8 inch Tempur-pedic mattress. We even upgraded to a soft-close lid for the toilet! Lol

Stove has never been used! (Thats another subject altogether!) The coach is washer and dryer equipped, and they work great but hardly used as well.

We have an extended warranty that will not expire until September of 2027. So you can purchase with piece of mind.

We have the Title in hand and so the coach is ready for purchase! Asking $72,900.
