As we move on from camping (glamping), we are offering our bunkhouse 2013 Tiffin Phaeton 40QKH. We are the second owners of this coach and have maintained with an open checkbook and upgraded constantly in our four years of ownership. We have logged over 20k miles without any issues and would not hesitate to load our family and travel anywhere worry free. Everything shown will come with the coach - load your personal items and you are set to start your journey! The new owners will have a beautiful coach and everything needed to travel worry free. We are including multiple totes of spare parts and accessories. Some of the dozens of spare parts include; New in box DEF head, spare belts (serpentine belt and AC bypass belt), oil and fuel filters, fuses, water filters, spare AC blower wheel, spare AC cooling fans, spare thermostats, spare switches, complete rebuild kit for tankless water heater, complete rebuilt kit for toilet, replacement bulbs for all lights, entry step motor, wiper blades and arm, spare floor tile, extra cabinet doors and much more! We had the coach weighed on a CAT scale to calibrate exact needed tire pressure. We had the coach setup with T mobile internet service allowing us to control everything via wifi and stream TV etc while traveling.
The exterior is in good condition and has been maintained yearly with a full exterior detail and wax every spring. The roof is cleaned and sealed with 303 twice a year and was completed again March of 2026. The basement storage offers ample space and has one rollout tray in the front passthrough bay. The engine and generator run flawless and we have run Diesel Kleen with every tank of fuel in the past four years.

We will also be offering two dolly options for sale separate from the RV. We have a 2022 American Dolly car dolly and an 8' deck over dolly available. The American Dolly is an extra wide for a minivan. The deck over dolly will accommodate a golf cart and dolly tow a vehicle. Inquire for additional info.

Red boogey lights added to rear two vertical for driving lights that also operate as blinkers and brake light. Third brake light added at very top of rear. We added these for better visibility when towing a vehicle.
