• 2007 DYNASTY 43 KING III

Well I did it, I purchased a new rig. While this Dynasty King 3 treated me well, being alone now I have no need for two baths. I have maintained her to the highest degree, nothing left dysfunctional. She is currently at the Voyager resort in Tucson, AZ.,price at JDPOWER Low Book.
She was built in the time that craftsmen built Monaco's and before any EPA stuff was added to the engines. With 3 Slides, Aquahot, 3 A/C's, 1 1/2 bath (rear bath with mid toilet room), King bed, stacked washer and dryer and an LG Refrigerator, this all electric coach, this Fully maintained rig will treat the new owner well.
I bought this Monaco dynasty in 2019 with 83,000 miles on it. I like that the it had been moving every year and not just sitting for years. the Carfax history verified it had traveled 7,000 mi a year going from the Northwest to Georgia and it was serviced in Georgia. I've had the unit for 7 years and have kept it moving, put 37,000 miles on it, about the 5,000 a year, keeping it well serviced and fully operational. This includes the house where everything works as it should. I am linking 2 documents here with service and upgrade history with all I have done over the years.

This is walk-through of my 2007 Monaco dynasty King. I'm going to stop at the back. It's a bath and a half, the back bath has the shower, closet, toilet and sink with some draw storage off to the left side (The toilets are electric tecma macerator toilets). Coming out of the bathroom is the stacked washer and dryer. as you walk past the washer and dryer you enter the bedroom where there's a king bed and a dresser to the opposite side, both on slides on either side. Tile floors are throughout, upgraded from the original carpeting shown on the floorplan. Moving forward through the door into the living area there's a pantry to your left and to the right a small bathroom with the same toilet and sink. Past that is the 2013 21ci cabinet depth LG Residential refrigerator is on your left. As you walk into the kitchen, on your right is the double sink, inductive stove top and convection microwave above. Walking forward a couch on your right, that's a pull-out bed, queen size bed comes out of it, and to your left is a desk that has a computer desk with a keyboard drawer with file drawers below. Up front of the reupholstered driver and passenger seats, Pass. seat has an electric footrest that opens over the electric stairwell cover.
