2007 Coleman Utah in pristine condition. Brand new tires, stabilizer bar for towing. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Pop out dinette. Chocks included. Top in excellent condition, cabinets are perfect. Cassette potty inside. We updated the floors. The pads have been covered to keep them updated in a beige buffalo check. (Pictured is another fabric) Everything works perfectly. Never used outdoor shower and we replaced with new and works, never used inside stove. Has an outdoor grill attachment. Comes with two propane tanks, NEW TIRES, new battery, has fire/carbon detector, included is everything! Bedding, electric blankets, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, portable A/C. We ordered new curtains for the unit and those come with as well ($250.00) privacy curtain, outdoor shower pop up, canopies, replacement feet for stabilizers. Hoses with regulators and water filter. Outdoor rug and inside rugs, cords, trash bags, flashlights, fan, small TV. Outdoor chairs. Organizer shelf for kitchen. Many other items. Everything needed comes with this great camper. You wont have to buy anything else!!
